1. Why Restarting Feels Harder

You remember the injury.
The missed weeks.
The burnout.
The momentum that slipped away.
Restarting forces you to hold two truths at once:
You want to move forward.
You are afraid of repeating the past.
That tension is what makes restarting brave.
2. The Weight of the Gap
Time away from movement often creates a psychological gap.
You compare your current ability to your previous level.
You replay the pause as failure.
You tell yourself you should have been more consistent.
