Financial Breakdown

Tickets

  1. Tickets are non-refundable.
  2. Tickets can be pre-booked online using the link provided on the event page which includes a booking fee through the ticket provider. 
  3. Tickets can also be purchased on the door at the event, however, the event has a capacity cap of 300. Therefore, you run the risk of missing out on a space in the audience.
  4. Tickets will be broken down in the following way: 
    1. 80p* will go towards the event costs, including space hire, staff, equipment.
    2. The remaining £4.20 will be divided in the following way:
      1. 50% will be donated to YoungMinds - The supporting charity of the Pinky Promise Club
      2. 12.5% will be donated to United Minds - The charitable organisation as chosen by Hannah Playfoot-Murray
      3. 12.5% will be donated to ... - The Charitable organisation as chosen by Dr. Sahen Gupta
      4. 12.5% will be donated to ... - The charitable organisation as chosen by Zakia Hoque
      5. 12.5% will be donated to ... - The charitable organisation as chosen by
         

Donations

  1. Donations made through 'Ticket Tailor', at a cost of £2 will be divided equally between the 5 aforementioned charitable organisations. 
  2. Donations can also be made at the event and will also be divided equally amongst the charitable organisations.
  3. The donation summary will be confirmed on the pinkypromiseclo website within 72hours of the conclusion of the event. 

 

Raffle 

  1. With each ticket, attendees will automatically receive 1 line of raffle tickets (5 individual tickets) which will be entered into all of the raffle prizes. 
  2. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the event for £2 per line. 
  3. Raffle tickets will also be available to purchase online prior to the event.

Attendance

  1. Attendees are required to bring a valid form of ID:
    1. University student ID's are accepted, however, you may be challenged to provide another form of ID.
    2. 16 and 17 year olds are permitted at the event with the supervision of an adult. You may be challenged to provide a valid form of ID.
  2. The doors will be open from 11:45 (15 minutes before the event)- Pre-Booked tickets will be given priority.
  3. There will be photos and videos taken - there will be designated seats for those who wish not to be included. Contact us to inform us if you wish to not be included and we will ensure you get a space on one of those seats. 
  4. Audience discretion is advised - Sensitive topics will be discussed inlcuding suicide, mental health issues and depression. We will reserve seats with easy exit and entrance points to allow those who may be affected by these topics to have accessibility.
  5. The event is disability friendly.
